As with all our gags, the ball is made from food grade silicone. This gag comes with a Medium sized 45mm ball.

Sizing: One size fits most. If you have a head circumference greater than 59cm (23”) or smaller than 52cm (20.5”) we recommend custom sizing. Please include your head circumference in the customisation section for custom sizing and we will make the gag accordingly allowing for ample adjustment based on this.
